All our Bailiffs follow a strict code of conduct and guidelines which can be found on this web site, we also have a strict complaints procedure and all complaints will be replied to within fourteen days of receipt. Any Bailiff found to be negligent in the course of his or her duty will be dealt with immediatley this is to protect our client's, our customers and the company name.
